Round anti smartphone

At last year’s February exhibition MWC was presented an unusual “anti smartphone” Runcible. His appearance looked like a round pebble, or a kind of pocket watch. Authors device positioned it as “anti-social smartphone” designed to distract people from the mobile internet, however in Runcible provides access to Google Play, so that the software  Runcible does not fully limited. More than a year developers have gone out of sight, and now the US company Monohm announced the launch of receiving pre-orders for this highly unusual smartphone.
Runcible devoid of any buttons – on the front side there is only the touch screen on the back of the camera lens is present. Anti smartphone equipped with 2.5-inch display with a resolution of 640×640 pixels, the processor 4-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, a 7-megapixel camera, micro USB connector for charging models Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n and Bluetooth 4.1. The operating system chosen BuniOS, developed based on the Android Open Source Project. Version Runcible Babbage with rear panel,done of fish caught in the sea and recycled plastic. Model Runcible Lovelace with the back panel from wood of arbutus tree. Upon successful completion the developers of the company’s will try to equip the devices with LT-enabled networks. Concept Nintendo Plus smartphone

At the time, many were waiting for the release of theNintendo gaming grade smartphone in response to the Sony Xperia Play, but expectations were not justified. Now from her no one expects nothing but some designers still dreams about the real  game mobile phone, which resulted in a concept called Nintendo Plus.
Nintendo Plus Smartphone exists only in the form of three-dimensional renderings, but in terms of production it is quite possible to put on stream, even with its unusual form factor – is both a horizontal clamshell, and a side slider and rotator. The author proposed to abandon the use of a hardware keyboard, hidden under the display, the buttons on the game – the spider, flat sticks, and even at least four plane shift.
Fully focused on the games, the concept of Nintendo Plus offers two front speakers, a screen with high brightness, a stylus for games that require precision and a special mechanism for enhanced screen mount. By Nintendo Plus features include Full HD-matrix screen with AMOLED 5.1 inch, CPU Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, 4 GB of the RAM, the main camera is 12 megapixels, polycarbonate housing, the battery capacity of 3000 mAh, a slot for the card and OS nanoSIM Google Android 6.0. About launch in serial production of speech concept, unfortunately, no.

Concept Flex modular flexible display smartwatch

Flexible displays and other components as well as modular design promise to revolutionize smartphone and smartwatch design. Concept devices and patents hint at an exciting future but the technology has yet to catch up to the potential.
As the name implies, the Flex modular flexible display smartwatch consists of a number of flexible modules. The main components are a camera with 10x optical zoom, a primary module with main display and processor and a smaller secondary display which can operate both in conjunction with the main one or independently. All three are flexible, made of materials such as polyurethane-coated Lycra. Flexible battery components, coated with an elastic packaging insulator, are used to connect the different modules.
This gadget has 75% of its body made of a flexible material and it’s able to wrap around the wrist. The rest of 25% is the camera with that kickass zoom. When the camera and display are unplugged, they can be used on their own, apparently, with the larger screen being used to play media, while the smaller one for notifications and such. The Flex’s modular design allows you to remove components  when not needed. For example, the main display module could be removed to transform the Flex into a compact digital camera.

While the current design appears to be a bit unwieldy, component miniaturization could eventually lead to a slimmer device. Other components would presumably be offered alongside to further all you to customize your Flex modular flexible display smartwatch. For example, a module with a heart rate monitor and other health sensors could be added when fitness and health tracking is needed.

Beautiful concept iPhone 8

Apple is very slowly refreshes lineup of smartphones, releasing only
the pair in a year, although and this it suffices to be one of the
leaders. Together with the model number slowly changing
appearanceiPhone , some change ... iPhone, some changes, of course,
are made, but firm style remains the same. This new look at this
gadget.
The first thing want to note an interesting design solution, used in
the design iPhone case 8. This name received the concept by Steel
Drake. Virtually the entire perimeter of the body stretched sturdy
metal frame decorated in turn, aluminum corners. The front and rear
panel, we see a stylish plastic "cover", which creates a layered
effect. The solution is interesting, but on the thickness of the
device, it may affect not the best way.
Such a laminate is not only effectively, but also increases the visual
thickness of the device, while on the other hand, such a solution may
seem very practical. Suffice it to recall the present scandalous bent
housing iPhone 6Plus, and all at once becomes clear. Presumably, to
the output of the eighth-generation smartphone, Applewould be to treat
this aspect of the much more serious.

Concept the external battery Zap & Go

Today the minds of engineers,that coming up with the mobile power
supply, captured a graphene. He has incredible conductivity much more
efficiently of traditional technologies.
Developers of startup Zapgocharger informed of the recent achievements
progress. Therefore decided to get ahead of the big corporations and
announced portable supercapacitor. Gadgets gave "speaking name>> - Zap
& Go. The classic external battery device characterized by the absence
of aluminum electrodes
These elements are replaced by analogs of graphene. What gives in
practice? The smaller dimensions of the device at a higher output
voltage: 6 V vs. conventional 2.7. But most importantly - recharges
invention literally 5 minutes. From zero to one hundred percent. Can
not connect Zap & Go to an outlet in advance (for example - at night).
From now on there is no such need.
What is the capacity of the new items? 1500 mAh. Enough to completely
"back to life" device like Apple iPhone. Besides six models - its
energy reserves will recover only 75% (the same story with the Galaxy
S5 from Samsung)
Sounds great. Do cons? Exceptionally one. The creators can boast
prototype and not the ready serial samples. To start mass production,
they need the money. They now (quite successfully) try to collect
using the users on the site Indiegogo.True,to the public battery not
go soon - in October 2015.
