Round anti smartphone

Concept the luxury car of the future Rolls-Royce

British company Rolls-Royce, known as the creation of premium cars, presented to the public the first concept car. The concept car is a work of art. The model has received 103EX name and has become a real example of the company’s vision of the future automotive industry, combining high technology and quality.
EX103 car completely unmanned and all, that see the passengers – is OLED-display, which occupies the entire dashboard. With it, they can watch a movie or chat with a virtual assistant, referred to as Eleanor. The salon decorated to the highest quality standards: there is a sofa with silk upholstery, panels made of expensive wood and wool carpet on the floor. The car runs on two motors of 250 kW each. Dimensions of the car 5,9×1,6 meters in length and height, respectively. The model has 28-inch wheels, which were made by hand from 65 individual aluminum parts.

Concept Nintendo Plus smartphone

At the time, many were waiting for the release of theNintendo gaming grade smartphone in response to the Sony Xperia Play, but expectations were not justified. Amazing floating villas

United Arab Emirates has once again demonstrated to the world the scope of his imagination and truly royal ambitions. This time the Dubai leadership gave the go-ahead on good rather unusual project, the creation of which will require considerable effort and investment. Kleindienst Group – one of Europe’s largest companies engaged in the construction and sale of real estate, will create a set of floating villas with underwater floor, which will be placed in the four kilometers off the coast of Dubai.
And before,Dubai different from the other cities for its fantastic architecture. Look  here and before was something, but the whole floating village,that drifting in the Gulf – it is something new.
The settlement of 42 houses will be called Floating Seashore. The living area of ​​floating villas will range from 157 to 370 square meters, and each building will have three floors, including one floor underwater. The top floor will include a mini-bar, a Jacuzzi, a small kitchen, a shower and a glass floor. Middle floor – a large living room, outdoor terrace area for rest and relaxation, as well as a large kitchen and dining area. But the underwater level contains a bedroom and bathroom, resting in which you will feel, that you are inside the giant  beautiful aquarium. And this is no accident, because the lower floor of the villa from the outside will decorated with real corals and other beauty of the underwater world.
All 42 villas are planned to surrender before the end of 2016, and, apparently, many investors are willing to invest a lot of money in this unusual project.

Amazing concept of yacht that can soar over the waves

It may be that in the near future the guests of the Spanish island of Ibiza can see in the coastal waters the amazing object, by shape reminiscent the geometric shape tetrahedron (triangular pyramid). It looks like this vehicle is so unusual that it may be mistaken for an alien spaceship,wicth made an emergency landing in the Mediterranean. But in fact, this is just a concept yacht, that can rise above the waves.
The designer originally designed the yacht so that she was able to “levitate” above the water,thanks to submersible the vertical rack which is attached to the hull . By the bottom of the rack is attached something like a torpedo with wings. When a boat gains enough speed,stand extends, and her body is lifted above the water. During the parking,stand is pulled into the boat and yacht lowered onto the water surface.
This design provides the boat just two waterline. At low speed the tetrahedron is lowered into the water, but at high speed the hydrofoils lift it up. In this position, the yacht can reach speeds of up to 70 kilometers per hour.

Of course, such a concept is somewhere on the verge of reality and science fiction. But as you know,to inventors dream not forbid. And who knows, maybe very soon one of the most famous billionaires decides to invest their money in the creation of a real prototype of this amazing ship?
